Whats the difference between these two video cards?

MSI GeForce GTX 460 Fermi Cyclone OC 725MHZ 768MB GDDR5

vs

GeForce GTX 460 675MHZ 1GB PCI-E

and which one is better for gaming|||i'd recommend the MSI N460GTX Cyclone 768D5/OC GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768MB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card for gaming.

but if you really want a gaming video card, get 2 of these in crossfire -->XFX HD-597X-ENFN Radeon HD 5970 BLACK 4GB 512 (256 x 2)-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Eyefinity 6 Edition Video Card

link for the video card mentioned above

(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150500)|||The MSI GeForce GTX 460 has a faster speed and less memory. And the GeForce GTX 460 has a lower clock speed, but more memory. You can overclock this to match the MSI GeForce GTX 460.

Go for the GeForce GTX 460, more memory, but Overclock this to 800 MHz or 750 MHz, you get more performance out of it.
