HDMI and Video Card question for gaming? 10 points?

I just got a custom built desktop with I-5 2500, GTX-460 with a an LCcd led backlight monitor. Upon build I had requested HDMI ports but all I can find is a VGA. How would the gaming graphics be affected with the use of a VGA in comparison to an HDMI, and also how could I go about getting an HDMI port setup (converter cable ? etc?)?|||It's not really a noticeable difference although I've never seen a GTX 460 without either DVI, HDMI, or Display Port connector. You've gotta have one of those in addition to a VGA port (which is rare these days)

You can get DVI->HDMI or Display Port-> DMI adapters pretty cheaply, those would provide better image quality than VGA->HDMI.|||GTX 460 contain a HDMI port and a DVI port and the usaul one VGA, to use HDMI you have to buy a hdmi cable and connect it with the monitor, and there is a big difference between them, hdmi guve better quilty image than vga but dvi port is the best one.|||VGA is a cable specifically to give what ever quality of image the video card supports but the hdmi has multi use to give HD image and sound so the vga is more powerful when it comes to image so it depends the better the graphics card the better the image on VGA|||Dude dont even worry about it your mother board probably doesnt have HDMI but your graphics card has a mini HDMI port.|||true... You do get VGA to HDMI converters i know this because i have one
