What kind of new video card can i put into a dell inspiron 1545?

i have a dell inspiron 1545 (laptop) i want to put a good gaming video card into it to have better graphics.|||With the money to convert the laptop to have a good GPU you would have been better to buy gaming laptop. See Asus G73/74, Alienware, Dell XPS or something like that for a gaming computer.|||Go troll somewhere else.

If you are miraculously not trolling and stupid enough to be asking this question, then you can put any PCIe x16 card in if you have an ExpressCard 34/54 slot, a hundred or so dollars to blow on the rack and converter, and a good graphics card to use. When it comes to the card, you won't get good performance until you're past the $180 range.

Despite common knowledge, you CAN upgrade the graphics cards. It's an expensive process, though, and it's only justified by the fact that you can use the GPU on any other laptop with an ExpressCard 34/54 slot.|||Sorry, you can't. Graphic cards in mainstream laptops are soldered onto the system board and are not upgradeable.
