What video card would be better for gaming?

nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB

or the ATi Radeon HD 4770

which would be better for gaming? Games like css?

It's WAY better than the old 8800GTS 320/640mb cards but the 512mb model is the faster G92-based card which is quite close in performance.

As you can see, the newer 512mb 8800GTS manages to edge the 8800GT (which later became the 9800GT)



Meanwhile the Radeon HD 4770 also beats the GeForce 9800GT. The major advantages are that it's newer technology, runs cooler and draws less power.

I'd say the HD 4770, but it really depends on what game you're playing.|||The 4770 is way better.
