Cheap video card with a memory clock speed at least of 1Ghz?

Anyone know of a cheap video card (around $40) that has a memory clock speed of at least 1Ghz? I'm in to PC gaming and my current card sucks.|||You aren't going to get much better for $40. It's not about the memory clock speed. It more about the stream processors, those are what do the work, and you will need video memory, more the better to a point.
