Why is my new Video card Palit 9500 gt is getting loud when Im opening or playing games like 2k10?

Its not loud if im only searching the net, watching movies? Is this a problem or its only normal for video card to get loud when you are playing games?|||Playing games..especially Intense graphics games..tend to raise temps so naturally the video card makes the fan spin faster to reduce the heat...its only normal.|||As the temperature of the graphic card rises, so does the fan speed. It is normal.
