Which of these video cards would run games better for gaming?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD5165 512MB or ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 1GB

I know they are not the best and they might not be very good, but which one is better for gaming?and why?|||for gaming the dedicated memory for the video cards this what matter



so the 1Gb probably will be better



i have 1GB my self but nVidia it works fine
