Help with Video Cards or how to make my computer's video run faster.?

I would like for my computer's video to run faster while playing a game like Runescape, or a high FPS game. It seems like while playing the game, the screen may freeze shortly as if it may be lagging, but it is not the connection (I have tested it on other computers.) My video adapter is Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family. Any suggestions or specific websites to update my video card or run games smoothly?|||Since that's a built-in card, I would highly recommend purchasing a discrete (or add-in) card for better graphics. About all you can do with your current card is to update drivers, which will probably not do much for you, performance-wise.

If you're not sure what type of card is compatible with your computer, visit http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html to run a profile scan to determine if your graphics slot is PCI-e (most common these days), AGP (older) or PCI (very old, but some newer systems are built without PCI-e or AGP to "save money").

Once you have this information, then you can plan out which card you want to purchase to upgrade your machine.
